In 2015 I was tasked with making two video essays for the unit FAV3116: Animation and Filmosophy. For my second submission, I produced an essay titled An Understanding of Perfect Blue.
Using the movie Perfect Blue by Satoshi Kon, I chose to relate Teresa Rizzo's work on 'becoming' (found in her book, Deleuze and Film: A Feminist Introduction) to Mima’s life in the film.
